Key Responsibilities
Working with product and sales team in building the right products and features capabilities for banks, merchants, fintechs
Understand merchants/fintech/acquiring bank business objectives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for the merchant
Mapping technical SPOCs from merchant end and owning the integration and deployment of products for the products.
Act as voice of market: build future roadmap or product blueprint based on merchant feedback, market research and competitive benchmarking; work closely with product teams to define strategy, roadmap
Responsible for formulating GTM strategy, growth & partnerships for payment products
