This role is responsible for non product supply chain activities.

Job responsibilities:
Global procurement experience and knowledge to procure components from global suppliers cutting across India, Asia , USA & Europe
Strong Commodity knowledge in Travel, Labor, Insurance, Facility Management, Capex, Opex, MRO, and other associated related to Non-Product
Initiate and drive annual cost saving projects, supplier consolidation and effective supply chain management.
Proven team building, Talent Development, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Established success in developing project plans and managing these projects through to successful execution, including overcoming obstacles.
Robust negotiation skills.
Strong Process knowledge on Supplier identification, Selection, Performance and Strong in procurement compliance / audit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge & Work experience in SAP ERP systems
Experience in Procurement supply chain : 12-15 years
Experience in Manufacturing Industries & supply chain domain
Successfully Led Procurement, cost reduction and cost management process.
Align and obtain stakeholder approvals for negotiation sandboxes.
Demonstrated success in developing tactical plans and carrying through to successful execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specifically expert level Excel
Ability to effectively communicate and present to senior leadership
