Manager, Scale Solutions (Data & AI)

As a Manager for the Global Technical Services team, you will lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers dedicated to supporting our customers across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner closely with the Asia Pacific Sales and Field Engineering organization to deliver outstanding technical services that drive customer satisfaction, support business growth, and ensure operational efficiency. You will report to the Area Vice President, Global Technical Services.

The impact you will have with us:

• Manage hiring and building the Global Technical Services team in Asia Pacific, thus scaling the organization and driving efficiency.
• Build a motivated collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team to embody and promote Databrick's customer-obsessed, teamwork and diverse culture.
• Manage the distribution and allocation of work across the team. 
• Build partnerships with cross functional stakeholders across Field Engineering and Sales to position services that drive customer growth and product adoption. 
• Conduct operational reviews of the team’s deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and outcomes. 

What we look for:

• Proven experience leading technical teams, and must have client facing experience in Cloud and/or Data space.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading a team of successful professionals in a technology or consulting organization.
• Have experience scaling and mentoring field or technical teams from scratch at hyper-growth speed.
• Knowledgeable in and passionate about data-driven decisions, AI, and Cloud software models.
• Great at instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency.
• Technical background either in Data & AI or Cloud technologies.
