Mission/ Position Headline: Vertical Sales Manager


Plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling assigned Projects, products, and services to customers in specified industries Fiber, Marine, Oil & Gas to increase sales and achieve defined commercial targets.



Areas of Responsibility:


  • Ensures the delivery of services on an operational level with respect to process adherence, service, Quality, and profitability
  • Implements workforce development measures.
  • Pan India coverage, align with SE TI EAD strategy, especially for customers with Industry of Fiber, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical, Customer Service (CS), others.
  • Dimension of Function/Volume: Support in Achieving overall financial target: Business Volume of Verticals (Order value, Revenue, Gross Profit, EBIT, Free Cashflow)
  • Achieve quality of specific sales process: Salesforce, LOA, Pipeline, Market Transparency, Sales strategic, and Business ethics compliance.
  • Focus on customer, such as: customer engagement, customer proximity, customer support and customer satisfaction.
  • Focus and develop personal development, such as: leadership, team collaborator, consultative selling skill, communication skill, people orientation, get close exposure with HQ, etc.
  • Understanding complete techno-commercial scope of supply, Technical Specifications, Performance Parameters, Limits of tender and Exclusions, List of sub-suppliers and support Proposal team for offer preparation as per project requirement for complete electrification system.
  • Understanding Plant Layouts and support Proposal team for better Cost optimization of the EBOP Packages.
  • Internal: Management, Sales, Operation Centre, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Cross Business.

  • Preferably has professional sales experiences in project business and service at relevant Industry Application market (especially Fiber Industry, Oil & Gas) for more than 5 years, has organizational/business cycle experience and leadership skill with a proven good track record, has. good working experiences and cross functions in international company.
  • Knowledge on LV and HT System, Siemens Drive technology, LV Motors Dimensioning, PCS 7 Based process control System and Industrial Process Turbine Electrification.
  • Industry Specific Knowledge on Fiber, Biofuels, Marine Solution will be added advantage.
  • Preferably has University degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) - minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Speak English fluently/ Advanced.
  • Applicant willing to travel and drive across country/ mobile mode, good attitude, high integrity, and ownership.
