Job Role: Sales Manager
01. Maintain strong product knowledge.
02. Analyze sales pipeline and trend with senior management / top management in order to forecast quarterly sales target in line with the annual sales target.
03. Design innovative marketing strategy to boost market penetration and increase operating profit margins.
04. Searching new clients who could benefit from AAPL products in your designated region or from customers.
05. Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements.
06. Negotiating and closing sales by balancing terms and conditions.
07. Analysing cost and sales
08. Support marketing by attending marketing events, trade shows, customer visits to customers.
09. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet clients’ needs.
10. Deep sales analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long-term strategies.
11. Responsible for goal setting, hiring staff, coaching and developing colleagues in the team.
12. Work closely with SCM and logistics team to execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
13. To deal and defend AAPL brand.
14. Strong relationships with customers
15. After follow-up of normal due payments by junior, follow-up Overdue with customers.
16. Daily, weekly, monthly reporting with or without presentation to Mgmt. or as informed.
17. Appraisal of the team.
18. ERP entries, whenever necessary.
