• This position will be responsible for tracking Mumbai’s office market, which ranks among the top 3 in the country.  In addition, this position will keep a close track on policy announcements, state and regional level infrastructure projects’ progress and maintain an appetite for gaining and enhancing knowledge on the city’s and region’s real estate and economic landscape.
• The role will conduct primary and secondary research from public sources for Mumbai office market through interactions with developers, internal business lines etc.
• Preparing excel data, participating in forecast discussion and writing market reports for Mumbai office market are other key responsibilities.  It is also an important responsibility of this resource to maintain, support and validate the Mumbai REIS office database regularly and meticulously.
• Key quarterly deliverables as part of the REIS calendar and data cycle will also be one of the activities.
• Responding to ad-hoc queries from business and clients will also form a part of his/her responsibilities. This position will participate in market research, consulting and assessment assignments as needed and also contribute to research whitepapers/industry reports.
