What you’ll do:






Job Family Definition:


Directs, manages, leads, and coordinates the integration of existing and/or new Information Technology solutions according to requirements of one or more functions, businesses, geographies, and/or IT transformational activities. Areas of responsibility may include business and technical systems design, acquisition and/or development, implementation, and support; infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance; client services support. Establishes functional business plans and technical project/program objectives to meet the short- and long-term goals and metrics of the organization, including internal/external partners required to utilize alternative resourcing plans. Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and process capabilities for use by multiple/all business and IT constituents; drives architectural standards and simplification. Ensures the design, development, delivery and supportability of services/solutions for businesses are in accordance with business and IT objectives.


Management Level Definition:


Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Typically reports to MG2 or Director. 
Additional guidance/criteria: Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region; Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 6 and 10 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with IT PMs and ensure that the agreed project deliverables are met.
  • Ensure that any project timeline deviations are reported by IT PMs and requisite approvals (project steering/RCRB lead and RCRB PMO) are taken.
  • Ensure that all the potential risks and roadblocks for project delivery are identified by the IT PMs and work with them for mitigation of the risk.
  • Work with Functional and Technical leads on any escalations from technical PMs on resource allocation.
  • Ensure that the IT PMs works towards the project path to green plan within agreed ETAs.
  • Act as a contact point between RCRB lead and Finance/Operations PM leads.
  • Daily reporting of the projects to RCRB lead of the RAG status of the projects.
  • Set up daily stand up calls with the IT PMs to get project updates and check on actionable.

What you need to bring:


Education and Experience Required:


  • Typically a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent plus ten years minimum related experience.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Demonstrated expertise within relevant field or discipline as well as a broader conceptual understanding of other Information Management functions.
  • Foundational knowledge of other businesses or functional areas of the company.
  • Experience directing and controlling the activities of one or more functions.
