Contribute to the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives. Adhere to Company policies and performance standards. Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry. Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.</p><p></p><p><b>What is in it for you?</b></p><ul><li>Holidays (As Per the location)</li><li>Shared Transport (Provided the address falls in service zone)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you to:</b></p><ul><li>Data processing and analysis - assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering and reviewing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects</li><li>Use Proposal Tech system to develop, distribute, and summarize marketings for consulting team review</li><li>Checking vendor data for reasonableness and follow-up with vendors regarding missing or inaccurate data</li><li>Developing draft responses of questions from vendors</li><li>Consulting projects including creating Requests for Proposals for marketing and renewal of client insurance policies</li><li>Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies</li><li>Updating of workflow process documents</li><li>Creating reports, perform data analysis, including presentation of data insights</li><li>Participate and contribute in any special project requirements</li><li>Learn and understand business specific domain</li><li>Adhere to process documentations (e.g. SOPs, PMAPs, Exception and Update Tracker etc..)</li><li>Focus on the culture of First Time Right</li><li>Ownership of delivery on assigned work through self-planning and monitoring of all activities</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts</b></p><p></p><p><b>What you need to have?</b></p><ul><li>Graduate with minimum 7 - 8 years’ experience overall</li><li>Intermediate to advanced level knowledge in MS Excel (Must)</li><li>Proficiency with MS PowerPoint</li><li>Strong experience in Project/Process/Task Requirements & translating requirements into working deliverables</li><li>Excel VBA/Python and R-Studio (Preferred- Good to have)</li><li>Knowledge of H&B domain (MUST)</li><li>Sound knowledge of process documentation, development of SOP, knowledge artifacts</li><li>Ability to work independently and on a team</li><li>Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills</li><li>Strong experience in Workflow, RCA, Defect Management</li><li>Proficient in Effort Estimation</li><li>Project management skills – thorough understanding of projects and processes</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral & written communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Eligibility</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 12 months experience in Lead Specialist / Manager</li><li>Should have at least “On Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.</li><li>Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months.</li><li>Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 months</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What makes you stand out?</b></p><ul><li>Adaptable communicator, facilitator and problem solver</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Mercer </b>believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
