Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Product Owner to work on a Cloud Infrastructure Platform which supports multichannel SaaS Digital Marketing products that focus on uniquely identify the customer’s patterns, effectively interact with them across channels, and achieve a positive return on marketing investment (ROMI). The platform helps consolidate and integrates the features and functionality typically found in stand-alone services and channel-specific messaging platforms to give marketers a tightly integrated, easily orchestrated, insights-driven, cross-channel marketing capability, the Cloud Product Owner is responsible for working with the Cloud Platforms Product Management team to define and ensure delivery of the roadmap for assigned cloud solution(s). As a Product Owner, you will identify, document, prioritize and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver based on business demands. 


The Manager, Product Owner will own complete product or subset of product and build the best possible product by effectively engaging with team members. Product owner will have a vision for the product that is being built. You will implement infrastructure-as-code with the best practices to continuously evolve our customer’s cloud infrastructure to keep up with features, security, availability and scalability requirements.


Responsibilities: 


  • Creates and Maintains the Product Backlog
  • Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business priority
  • Help teams with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
  • Interface with business teams to assess ongoing business needs and translate those needs into systems requirements.
  • Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer.
  • Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and track the product progress at the end of every Sprint with complete authority to accept or reject work done.
  • Design and spec review, including test plan, performance testing and sizing and benchmark
  • Coordinate with other product owners in India and North America on overall product roadmap and global prioritization
  • Review and give feedback & approve product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within the area of responsibility
  • Own release notes and feature availability to delivery teams
  • Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Communicates the progress and challenges with key stakeholders
  • Setup and configure the product environments for the client demo
  • Communicate and coordinate with client teams to prioritize the hotfix to support critical projects
  • Mentor the team members/ BSAs

Qualifications

Required qualifications:


  • Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing disciplines or equivalent degree is required.
  • 10+ years of business analysis experience around cloud technologies and data management, and technical understanding in these areas.
  • Minimum 3-5 years hand-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure/AWS
  • Familiar with CI/CD, HA, DR and other infrastructure/development practices
  • Ability to manage multiple releases concurrently.
  • Work hands-on with engineers, engineering managers, and designers as part of a cross-functional team, guiding product development and producing clear product requirements.
  • Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams
  • Experience in working with Matrix organizations
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud deployments and integrations 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and articulate

Nice to have qualifications:


  • AWS Certification/Azure Certification
  • Exposure to Cloud Product implementation
  • Familiar with Agile Methodologies – Scrum certifications
  • Understanding of Terraform/Ansible any orchestration scripting language
