What this job involves
Managing Daily Operations
Your role will involve managing and coordinating the purchase of goods and services on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for making key decisions about stock control, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. You will be maintaining backup and validating inventory/supplies at the store for a major client. You will also be involved in data preparation, interpretation and analysis using statistical technique and tools in Excel, Internal CRM database and other data management systems; possess the ability to collate information.
Building relationships with the right vendors and suppliers should be second nature to you. Having an eye for vendors who can deliver on time and providing quality standards―at the right price.
Expert in Multi-tasking
In this role, you’ll handle the preparation and maintenance of purchase orders. You’ll carry out scheduled audits to ensure that both contract and insurance requirements are met. You’ll also take part in growing the business by actively participating in tender/pricing activities.
Easing the path for the country team’s procurement activities will be your main concern. You’ll assist in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct various sourcing references―including requests for information, proposals and quotations. You’ll also draw up contracts and find opportunities to drive costs down. On top of these, you’ll ensure that Department team, should be to get the best pricing that’s in line with their tenders.
Maintaining Contacts and Relations
You have a strong interpersonal skill and value the contacts and you promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients in benefit of the business. You can manage up and down within JLL and Clients and acts as a motivator in a team

An Experienced Professional
Are you a degree holder in relevant educational background with minimum ten years’ experience in procurement processes? Are you a perfectionist for key business goals and results? Do you put customer satisfaction at the forefront? If you said yes to all these, we’re more than happy to work with you.
Qualifications
You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical OR any equivalent, with min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
