Manager, Power Platform

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Power Platform team based in our offshore delivery center in Bangalore. This role will focus on the development and execution of Power Platform projects, specifically utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a skilled team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and managing the administration of the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on Power Platform development and administration.
  • Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the development and execution of Power Platform projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Provide guidance and expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to ensure best practices in development and implementation.
  • Ensure the team stays updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform.
• Platform Administration:
  • Manage the administration of the Power Platform, including user access, security, and compliance.
  • Establish governance policies and procedures to ensure effective management of the Power Platform environment.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Power Platform initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and team activities to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Power Platform projects, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience in building and leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform administration and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration with Power Platform.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tool such as JIRA or Azure DevOp
