Preferably >10 years’ experience in project management in a Finance environment (FP&A and/or Controlling)
Support the CFO Office for the organization of key leadership meetings, townhalls
Track the progress of the 10 key Life Finance initiatives & liaise with their dedicated PMs, prepare comprehensive management updates
Manage 2-3 key finance projects across different geographical locations (key project stakeholders will be in Life BUS, Life Global team in HK/NY, CBSI)
Must thrive in a global setting, accommodating various time zones and cultural considerations.
Must be proactive and comfortable leveraging subject matter experts in Actuarial, Finance, and IT, while focusing on effectively managing the project delivery.
Facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple countries, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
