Manager, Performance Analytics, Ops & Int Finance


Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Candidate will be member of Performance Analytics Team. As part of team, the roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:


Lead on consolidation of financial reporting for D&A Ops


Support monthly reporting and consolidation of Operations financial performance.


Help conduct robust month end review process across the cost base.


Analyses and interprets financial information pertaining to business performance.


Maintains a detailed knowledge and understanding of business drivers.


Support end to end monthly/Qtrly business reviews.


Build and maintain dashboards to measure key Financial and Business Metrics


Provide support to D&A Ops CFO as needed on projects.


Help build financial models for different efficiency, automation initiatives within Operations and measure actual performance against these.


Work with Finance Business Partners in analysing actuals, preparing Budgets/forecasts.


Will work along with FBPs to gain understanding and knowledge of various drivers impacting Business performance.


Post any month end entries.


Responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to the D&A Ops group, and also supporting other business divisions.


Supporting any other finance projects.


Lead on other ad-hoc analysis.


Key Skills Required To Be Successful In The Role


Highly numerate with advanced excel / financial modelling and excellent analytical skills.


Experienced in working in a matrix, global organization.


Experienced in influencing colleagues and partners.


Work in cross functional and indirect teams


Ability to identify key drivers of a result and clearly explain the "story”.


Proficiency in working and delivering results in a fast-paced global business environment.


Communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence.


High attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a view of the big picture and key objectives.


Confident, articulate, able and willing to challenge peers and seniors.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships both internally and externally.


Analytical experience, with the skills for problem solving and decision making.


Experience Required


Qualified chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with over 5-8 years post qualified experience, which includes accounting and business partnering activities (budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, strategy evaluation, analysis and insight)


To work in a deadline-oriented environment managing priorities.


Prior experience to interact with senior management and influence outcomes.


Provide strategic business support.


Excellent use of Microsoft office packages, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Word.


Be a lead proponent in building collaborative culture across the division.


Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues globally
