Responsibilities Responsibilities: End to End ownership of the Perfect Store Program for India. Incumbent will be responsible for planning roll out of the Perfect Store Program to Pan India Retail Base Align and work with multiple stakeholders, mainly the Sector Team,GBS Teams,Internal IT Team and the Unit MDMs to the Overall plan on Perfect Stores Ideate, Create and Track the MSL performance and ways to improve the score leading to the Same Store Growth deliver Planning, Tracking & Review at a city level – based on data & subjective inputs Work with the ASMs/CEs in the market in conjunction with the MDMs to ensure smooth execution of the Perfect Store Program. Coordination with city sales team: Analyse and evaluate outlet segments in each city Weekly review, on progress, with each team Get City wise detailed reports prepared & published twice a week Regularly discuss MSL with Unit Teams to assess and change if needed Address day to day query of sales team to ensure compliance standard is achieved Liaison with field team to ensure that any changes / learnings that need to be devised for next month Conduct monthly market visits with Field teams to engage and assess the execution and drive compliance Coordination with IT team: Ensure Customer attribute updation and MSL upload every month Closely monitor if data from backend is flowing smoothly on all devices to ensure smooth execution Coordinate IT related work & its audit (MSL running in HHD, segment display in HHD, reports availability on daily basis etc) Qualifications Skills, education and qualifications Sales experience in foods industry with a minimum 5 years of work ex. Past Area Sales manager (FMCG) experience for atleast 2 years needed. Ability to interpret data and derive insights from it Presenting and Preparing sharp and insightful decks for the leadership team Advanced excel and Power BI MBA from Premier institute would be preferred Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
