We are looking for a Commercial & SMB Partner Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling and scaling partner marketing efforts for commercial and SMB segments, ensuring partners have the tools, campaigns, and strategies to drive Freshworks adoption and pipeline creation.
Location - Freshworks Bangalore Office (Hybrid)
This role is Hybrid and will require being in the Bangalore Office from Tuesday- Thursday along with being in office five days a week within the last two weeks of the calendar quarter.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute co-marketing programs with resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive demand, deal registration, pipeline and closed won revenue.
Build go-to-market (GTM) campaigns tailored for Commercial and SMB segments, ensuring alignment with sales and partner GTM objectives.
Work with partners to create joint marketing plans, campaigns, and events that build pipeline & accelerate pipeline within the sales cycle.
Actively & Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders aligned to Commercial & SMB Business Segments.
Thought Leadership - Be Champion and Voice for all things Global Partner Marketing aligning to Commercial & SMB Business Segments leading & driving programs from conception, execution & analysis/summary,
Enablement & Content Development
Design and deliver partner activation materials, including playbooks, messaging guides, and demand-generation toolkit to help enable GTM motions for partners.
Develop co-branded marketing assets, case studies, and success stories to enhance partner sales efforts.
Ensure partners are equipped with the latest Freshworks product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Drive lead-generation initiatives with partners through webinars, digital marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
Track and optimize partner-led marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and partner-sourced pipeline.
Work cross-functionally with sales, partner account managers, and regional marketing teams to align demand-generation strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish key KPIs and metrics to measure partner marketing effectiveness, pipeline impact, and program success.
Leverage data insights to refine partner marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Report on marketing contribution to revenue and partner-driven pipeline growth on each outbound quarterly partner marketing program.
