Manager - Organizational Design Human Capital

Role Title: Manager – Organizational Design
Department: Organization Effectiveness / Human Capital
Location: Corporate Head Office
Reporting to: VP – Organization Effectiveness

Role Purpose:
The Manager - Organizational Design will work closely with Human Capital teams across  Retail to design and optimize organizational structures, role profiles, and workforce strategies. They will collaborate globally to ensure alignment with business goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and support initiatives that drive productivity and synergies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with country teams to ensure organizational design compliance.
• Work with functional leaders on developing effective operating models and workforce planning.
• Advise on organizational structures that align with business objectives.
• Support continuous process improvements for better performance.
• Collaborate with HC teams to support employee mobility, job levelling, and organizational design.
• Assist with role profile reviews, ensuring they meet guidelines and are ready for job evaluations.
• Work with Total Rewards to ensure roles are correctly evaluated and compliant.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–5 years of relevant HR experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role (retail industry preferred).
• HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• English proficiency required.
