Role Purpose:
The Manager - Organizational Design will work closely with Human Capital teams across Retail to design and optimize organizational structures, role profiles, and workforce strategies. They will collaborate globally to ensure alignment with business goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and support initiatives that drive productivity and synergies.
