Job DescriptionTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager - Operations located in Bangalore.
What a typical day looks like:
• Participates in the review of customer contracts and engineering designs by outlining requirements
and considerations.
• Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
• Directs the activities of engineers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining
costs for a broad functional area.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and outside regulatory agencies.
•capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
• Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training with
minimum of 15 years of experience in managing operations (Production/Engineering/Quality) from
EMS industry including broad based management and supervision.
• Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete
understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
• Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex
topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
