In this role, you will help our organization for planning and achieve marketing goals and sales targets for our products on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends and driving initiatives to support the plan.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for HPV portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
  • Development of strategic consumer plans and operational marketing plans for HPV Franchise to build awareness and consideration.
  • Design and implement a robust consumer strategy (omnichannel strategy) to build HPV franchise.
  • Project Management: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growth for HPV portfolio.
  • Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
  • Conduct ongoing business and financial review of business development opportunities.
  • Optimize cross-functional support needed to ensure effective communication and implementation of brand objectives.
  • Responsible for alliance management with strategic partner to achieve business goals.
  • Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
  • Responsible for brand P&L

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


To be successful in this role, you will have strong marketing skills as well as business capabilities


At least 3-6 years of experience in sales & marketing, consumer marketing, OTC, digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.


Pharmaceutical marketing experience will be desired
