Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact projects with tangible financial results.
VCA Managed Services (VMS) is a critical component of our VCA strategy, providing our clients with the execution muscle they require to enhance performance and increase profitability. VMS brings the ‘best of Visa’ to the clients, playing the role of orchestration layer between client teams and Visa subject matter experts (SMEs). As clients confront increased challenges in their operating environment whilst also facing capacity constraints and capability gaps, VMS helps to drive implementation or delivery of their strategic initiatives, facilitating significant and tangible value creation.
Position Summary
We are looking for an individual to join us as a Manager of Managed Services for India and South Asia, and be a part of our consulting arm, Visa Consulting and Analytics. Based in Mumbai (may need travel as per project requirements), this role is responsible for leading project delivery to implement recommendations in product development and management, card sales enablement, portfolio management, partnerships, and insights. The individual to support with card acquisition initiatives by assisting branch teams, optimizing digital channels, and developing strategies for effective card acquisition. Additionally, the role involves enhancing product setup and development, improving card value propositions, and leveraging data insights to boost portfolio performance using Visa resources.
The individual should have expertise in designing, implementing, and program-managing deliverables related to product performance. They are also expected to support in the sales process by collaborating with internal teams based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
With a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, you will have accumulated a variety of skills and knowledge. You will combine a strong understanding of the banking, card, or payments industry with robust consulting and implementation expertise. You should be client-driven, comfortable managing projects end-to-end, and eager to develop new solutions and capabilities to meet our clients' needs.
