The Manager Inventory Costing for Cytiva is responsible for Driving wing to wing annual standard cost process , drive financial month end responsibilities and actively, involve in the global Annual Transfer pricing process

This position is part of the India FP&A COE located in Bangaloreand will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Driving wing to wing Annual Standard cost process globally
  Actively, involve in the global Annual Transfer pricing process
• Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (plant finance, Opco finance, entity controllers, operations)
•  Financial month end responsibilities
• Actively, involve in the global Annual Transfer pricing process
• Analyzing & Solving complex Inventory related problems/issues
• Preparation/Review of General ledger Account reconciliations>

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA /ICWA with 12-15 years of experience
• Experience in use of Advanced Excel Including Pivots, V lookups, etc.
• Inventory and costing experience is mandatory
• Conceptual and practical expertise knowledge of Oracle system and OneStream
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to work on a highly matrix environment at all levels
• Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of how areas of the business integrate, as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the overall business
• Confidence to challenge internal business partners on business assumptions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in ERP environment is preferred
• Experience in factory costing and inventory management
