About your team

The Internal Audit Analytics team supports the global Internal Audit function and enhances risk management & auditing processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The impact is felt across the entire Audit function, as our team plays a crucial role in maintaining robust internal controls and improving overall business performance.

About your role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies to enhance the audit process, ensuring that the organisation’s risk management and governance processes are robust and effective.

Your work will involve analysing complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks, supporting Audit’s control testing and providing valuable data-driven insights across all areas of the organisation.  You will be working on specific audit engagements as well as building tools to drive forward innovation in our function.

By leveraging data analytics, you will provide valuable insights that support the audit team in identifying areas for improvement and that the organisation maintains high standards of internal controls and risk management.

About you

We are looking for someone ambitious who has experience in the following areas:

• A detail-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in audit, risk or compliance.
• Focuses strongly on using analytics to drive business insights.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel or Power BI.
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of communicating technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple projects whilst continuing to deliver on time and with attention to detail.
• Experience with global teams and cultures is ideal.
