Overview The BI and Reporting is the digital transformation engine for PepsiCo that sits within the Strategy & Transformation organization. It focuses on the re-imagination and digitization of capabilities, processes, services, and reporting for the Enterprise through the design, development, and deployment of digital products and solutions. S&T BI & Reporting works with business, sectors, markets, and regions, leveraging a core set of integrated technologies, such as AI, ML, RPA, and Conversational AI. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering and publishing reports as per defined timelines, quality standards and SLAs as per the Reporting catalogue. You are required to align and prioritize on delivery of reports improvements aligned to Transformation goals/priorities, and assist with design, development of automation solutions along with scoping value outcomes. Responsibilities Execute against team charter for Reporting vertical Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools) Good degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen (POS and HH panel), Kantar Worldpanel Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities Monitor key channel, customer, competitor (incl. PL) and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and sector/functional leaders Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts) Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer Process management Consults and collaborates with business stakeholders and Product Solution Designers to understand and assess the current state of existing processes through interviews, time activity analyses, process observations, and surveys Support strategic initiatives by managing communication with the management team, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on performance and key deliverables. Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop Technical Skills: Advanced powerpoint and intermediate excel skills. Would be involved in Template creation and alignment with the BU/Sector team Ability to convert insights into story that answers critial business questions. Intermediate to advanced Power BI knowledge Python/ R language knowledge or willingness to pick it up required (preferred) Hands on with tools for RMS/POS/Syndicated data sources, IRI, Nielsen, GlobalData, Household panel Ability to visualize data set and identify KPIs that will help descision making. Qualifications Qualifications: 6 to 8 years overall experience; with excellent written & Verbal Communication skills, world-class stakeholder management skills and solution-oriented approach to problem solving ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables depth and breadth of custom and syndicated research/analytics strong understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function very strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumption, brands drivers, macro & micro trends, and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the business Ability to influence stakeholders with data driven insight Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
