About the Role:
Growth Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, and execute all marketing activities: GTM, creative strategy, digital marketing, cross- sell, conversion funnel optimization, etc.
2. Strategize on full year planning for your product lines with new marketing initiatives to drive growth via customer acquisition and retention
4. Research for new growth avenues Develop creative, out of the box solutions to break through clutter and drive rapid growth. Establish and manage key marketing partnerships to reach customers at scale
5. Display financial acumen in managing spends, CAC and RoI
6. Key stakeholder management capabilities to drive collaboration with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing and growth
Strong judgment, intuition, a customer empathy to identify winning marketing ideas
Understanding of the India media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.)
Highly innovative, out of the box thinking
Experience with Growth Marketing at a B2C fintech product start-up (BNPL, Cards, Loans) preferred
Strong bent of understanding for customer insights and analytics, to drive input based marketing initiatives
