Responsibilities As ESM MyServices Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Maintain all requirements for implementation of service management solution(s) across Financial Planning function in GCC, partnering with the ESM Lead to prioritize. Support in design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise service management solution on ServiceNow platform and provide input into the unified employee centric experience design with intuitive solutions. Monitor ongoing backlog of service management requirements & enhancements across GCC FP to ensure alignment with ESM program priorities. Work with FP ESM Lead, Enterprise Service management and ESM COE team to ensure consistency in build out of performance management framework within selected service management solution to drive continual service improvement with capability/service owners. Support Service performance metrics management and reporting. Support ESM COE Team and Global FP ESM Lead in planning future roadmap. Support FP ESM Lead in developing materials for stakeholder meetings. Develop and maintain service management related documentation as needed, including: standardized process documentation, operating procedures, and training material. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in Financial Planning or similar function. 1 year of experience in ServiceNow implementation or development experience and/or understanding of service management related processes experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language, including verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams. Broad understanding of the current and emerging service management trends and developments. Should have good understanding of Agile Metholodolgy framework and experience in writing epics & stories (requirements). Should have good experience in managing data over excel sheets, and have good hands on experience on PowerPoint presentation. Should have exposure in project management, reporting & analytics. Experience working on global projects or implementations. Process design or other similar experience in Financial Planning. Proactive, with strong research and problem solving skills. Negotiation and facilitation skills, as well as interaction skills.Ability to work in a matrix organization Team player as the candidate is required to work closely with the global teams Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management Disciplined and consistent, with the highest degree of ethical behavior Strong conceptual and process thinking Creative, independent thinker who can execute on the details
