Principal Responsibilities

• Distribution Channel Management - Monitor processing of transaction received through online Feeds from Channel Partners with whom we have tied up.Handle queries & rejections from Channels liaising with RTA.
• Distributor Commission computation verification and payment processes.
• Support Digital applications maintenance and queries – Distributor Portal & Internal application.
• Distributor payment and service-related queries received in External mailbox and internal dedicated mailbox.
• Pan India Sales RMs/ISCs queries related to Distributors.
• Commission monthly reconciliation.
• Handle Internal and Concurrent Audits.
• Periodical MIS
• Distributor Onboarding and Due Diligence processes.
