Adobe Design is seeking a manager to join the Design Operations team in India. In this role, you will manage a group of design program managers that focus broadly across the Creative Cloud business and collaborate with senior design leadership and partners across the entire development process.
You will also help lead overall business operations for a 100+ sized design team and directly impact the hiring experience and foster community and growth of the Adobe India Design organization. In this role, you will be a part of a lively, creative organization based out of our India offices either in Noida or Bangalore.
Elevate and enable a highly effective UX design organization through coaching and facilitating high-caliber problem-solving.
Connect dots and diplomatically navigate program challenges that fall outside of the traditional product design space.
Coach and mentor program managers. Help us attract talent to the team, hire, grow, retain, and promote program managers.
Advocate for design-led-product development and exemplify the responsibility to speak up and represent when design has a “seat at the table”.
Collaborate with design leaders, program managers, and a wide range of cross functional teams to manage overall team operations for a growing design organization.
4+ years of leadership and people management experience with a history of operational excellence
Experience working in teams with many moving parts and matrixed organizations
Working directly with product leadership and executives on ambiguous problems and crafting big picture strategies driven by design
Experience working with Agile Engineering teams
The ability to think big picture about staffing, process and scale
A proven track record of launching products that delight, innovate and scale
Willingness and ability to add to the creative spirit of Adobe Design and the company
Ability to define mechanisms and processes to deliver quality product experiences in an effective, predictable way
