Key Responsibilities

Data controls

Drive implementation of Data Controls for the Bank across Businesses / functions
Will be responsible for running data governance forums including country data executive council
Will be responsible for working across multiple Businesses / functions compiling red flags associated with data compliance risk for India Senior management

Literacy

Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster markets
Help develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainings
Participate and moderate India data enablement forums
Cascade best practices to cluster countries.

Unlock

Will be coordinating and participating in POCs run by DAO for data themes

Key skills sought

Technical

Knowledge, past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to have
Past background into BI / Reporting / Visualization / business analytics
Exposure to programming languages like python, R or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.
