Role Overview

We're looking for a creative communicator with a storytelling approach to work with IT teams to develop impactful, engaging and visually appealing communications that adhere to our corporate brand guidelines. Primary relationships


The position is part of the Global IT Strategic Communications and Organizational Change Management team and partners with IT communicators and change team members across our global network of IT Tech Centers.


What will you do in this role:


  • Collaborate with our Global IT Strategic Communications and Organizational Change Management team and IT stakeholders to write/edit impactful and engaging communications, leveraging digital to tell our “IT story,” the outcomes we’re delivering for the company, and how it connects to our enterprise and IT priorities.
    • Publish articles on appropriate company portal news channel (SharePoint).
    • Post content to relevant internal social media channels (e.g., Viva Engage).
    • Populate weekly email template with content based on editorial calendar and distribute it to the IT organization using Poppulo.
    • Design PowerPoint slides for presentations and digital signage.
    • Develop video scripts.
  • Capture and analyze data and feedback to continuously improve and evolve communications and content.
  • Adhere to our company branding guidelines and quality benchmarks across all deliverables.
  • Guarantee consistency, accuracy, and error-free content in deliverables.
  • Assist team members with creating content for use on our external social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Assist stakeholders and team members with creating visually impactful PowerPoint slides and SharePoint pages/sites.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and ideas to develop and deliver creative content that enhances IT’s reputation as a leader in digital innovation.

What should you have:


Hard skills


  • Excellent proficiency in English for business communication.
  • Excellent proficiency in writing and editing for internal communications.
  • Ability to ‘translate’ technical jargon into user-friendly language for engaging readers.
  • Demonstrated use of a storytelling approach for connecting with intended audience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in design elements, formatting, typography and corporate branding.
  • Skilled in advanced functionalities of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and basic functionalities of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and experience with creating web pages.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SharePoint metrics or other tools to track and measure success.
  • Experience with using Poppulo to create/distribute emails is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a comparable position.
