Manager, Client Tech Support Engineering

What does a great Manager, Client Tech Support Engineering do at Fiserv?


The Application Manager is a Techno Functional professional that uses their knowledge, technical skills, and established procedures to perform routine application and system administration tasks and to troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems. The Application Manager works a scheduled shift designed to provide Fiserv clients with 24x7 application operations and support coverage.


What You will do:


  • Tasks assigned to associates and worked as scheduled and future items are scheduled and have reminders sent.
  • Team takes up any additional ad-hoc activities that comes in.
  • Run Stand-Up call daily and reduce the aged inquiries.
  • Check MTTR, KB Attachment, Customer Survey to ensure good service quality.
  • People attend/finish trainings/meetings in time.
  • Increase team's knowledge and capability by sharing and documenting important information.
  • Make Audit, review pattern and provide feedback to people. You may need to be in On-Call rotation.
  • Appreciate people's good work in any or all channels possible. Conduct team building events and ensure good rapport between team members.
  • Engage with stakeholders and get help or provide, to run smooth business.
  • Review performance and conduct regular one on one.

What you will need to have:


  • Experience is leading a group of technical teams.
  • Preferably education in technical background.
  • Experience with and ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

What would be great to have:


  • Experience in people management.
  • Exposure/Experience to Finance and Accounting domain.
