Job Description:

• 10+ Years Electrical technical experience in Escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge in Control panel design, Electrical architecture/circuit design, Wiring diagrams, Wiring harness, Software logic and Reliability testing.
• Knowledge of Escalator installation, commissioning, and testing. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in various infra projects Tender study, understanding product compliance against tender.
• Experience in Pre-bid queries against tender.
• Experience in value engineering and execution.
• BOM generation for Escalator Electrical subsystems.
• Preparation of detailed documents and layout for electrical design & new developments as per customer requirement.
• Design of Electrical schematics and Electrical circuit drawings as per the standard.
• Proficiency in IS and EN codes for Escalator.
• Design of Controller panel box drawing and component layout GAD for the controller.
• Identification of suitable and latest electrical components as per project/tender requirements.
• Providing IO and hardware design layout details to embedded board designer team.
• Assisting software developers for new implements and improving the software based on site feedback and issues.
• Experience in test plan preparation for infra projects.
• Providing the technical support to site team for escalator testing, commissioning and trouble shooting.
• Visiting sites to solve complicated problems and analyze issues and find the proper and permanent solution.
