Process excellence in Mako Ops, Demo Equipment Management & PLCM. End to end evaluation of Customer Service Operations
Define & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service Operations
Make Business operation organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance & develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals, Lean, Analytics, Advanced Excel & PBI, JDE.
What you need
MBA from Tier 1 with 6 years + of experience in supply chain or operations, PMP certification added advantage
Supreme analytical & problem solving skills
Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus
Program or project management experience is desirable
