Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Managing the Product Roadmap and prioritizing it
  • Handle a team of Product Owners & Product experts as part of Product Engineering
  • Primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Serving as the ‘voice of the customer’ for the team entails a broad range of responsibilities. The PO must build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment in the Team & Product Backlog, and communicate effectively with various audiences—all with a bias toward delivering and learning quickly.
  • Get functional requirement, document it and discuss and drive the solution with Internal Stakeholders. Take download on the Solution developed and translate it to customer as Functional Demo. Assist testing and building on standard functional test cases
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with customers

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:


  • Proven progressive background in a Manager/Team leader role managing and leading a team
  • Knowledge and experience covering Passenger Revenue Accounting, with Techno-functional know-how. Someone from Dev / Technical background who has moved to Business Analysis would be preferable
  • Data analytical ability, best practices, standardization and automation
  • Should be able to articulate Customer Requirement into Simple Product level requirement
  • Should be able to formulate a solution - Solution Thinking. (how can we get something done) thinking around alternatives
  • Having knowledge on Agile Scrum & SAFe framework will be preferred
