Project Planning & Execution:


  • Develop, implement, and monitor the project execution plan for building construction within the industrial township.


  • Lead the building construction activities in alignment with the master plan, ensuring that timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocations are properly managed.


  • Ensure all necessary approvals, permits, and documentation are in place before beginning construction work.


Team Management & Coordination:


  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.


  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of the construction processes.


  • Interface with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government bodies.


Quality Assurance & Control:


  • Ensure all construction work is carried out according to the agreed-upon designs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.


  • Establish and enforce quality control measures, including inspections, testing, and reviews, to ensure the standards and specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.


Budgeting & Cost Control:


  • Develop and manage the project budget for building construction, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing wastage.


  • Track expenses and provide regular financial reports on the status of the construction activities, proposing corrective actions if necessary.


Risk Management:


  • Identify and manage risks associated with the construction process, including safety hazards, scheduling delays, and financial overruns.


  • Implement mitigation measures to address project risks and ensure smooth progress.


Scheduling & Time Management:


  • Develop, update, and monitor the project schedule, ensuring that key milestones are met within established timelines.


  • Coordinate with other departments (civil works, infrastructure, utilities) to avoid delays and ensure seamless execution of the building construction phase.


Compliance and Safety:


  • Ensure all building construction work complies with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.


  • Monitor and enforce safety policies on-site, ensuring a safe work environment for all workers involved in the construction activities.


Reporting & Documentation:


  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and proposed solutions.


  • Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including change orders, contracts, and correspondence with contractors.


Client & Stakeholder Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding all matters related to the building construction of the industrial township.


  • Address and resolve any concerns, complaints, or changes requested by clients or stakeholders promptly.
