Purpose And Relevance to The Organization
We seek an exceptional team player with a creative and forward-thinking mindset to support our Brand Comms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving 360-degree campaigns and projects in close alignment with the key stakeholders to land our consumer messages with impact and efficiency and grow Brand KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute adidas activation plan for holistic campaigns in India across all communication channels (Comms, PR, Social/Digital, WHS, Retail, event etc.) in collaboration with HUB and Global stakeholders
• Ensure all consumer touchpoints (comms, publishing, culture marketing, activation, Membership, WHS, Retail, Social/Online) are aligned with India brand objectives
• Drive an increase in brand growth through execution excellence in the Originals category and overall brand growth
• Work closely with agencies to brief, provide feedback and create activation plans, in line with the strategic plan OTIF
• Analyze the performance of key campaigns and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Develop seasonal, cross-category brand communication plans and calendars for the category in India
• Develop plans and execute results-driven PR programs that align with measurable brand KPIs
• Manage and liaise brand partnerships and a robust network of creators to drive maximum ROI

• Execution of the Brand Strategy aligned to business & category objectives
• Driving Share of Search and Share of Voice for the category
• Budget management
• Internal compliance adherence
• Brand image-related KPIs
• Increase Gen-Z and women brand affinity (brand adidas, not just Originals category)
• PR insights and analytics

• Local Wholesale and Key Accounts Team
• External Agencies (PR, Activations, Talent Management, Brand Partners.)
• Internal Brand & Category Teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Manager with strong interpersonal and influencing skills and deep culture marketing knowledge.
• Relevant Marketing experience with strong industry knowledge and established industry contacts
• Proven methodological skills (e.g. Brand planning, strategic development campaign execution)
• Strong planning and execution excellence for on-ground activations
• High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge related to culture marketing
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups: brand activation, sports and cultural marketing.
• Solid understanding of consumer messaging and brand reputation.
• Affinity with cross-channel PR and a strong background in media relations, journalism/writing and digital PR / social media
• Broad understanding of and passion for the lifestyle and culture industry.
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
• University Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Communications or a related field
• 8+ years’ industry and/or relevant work experience ideally in the culture marketing business
• Preference for candidates with experience in alco bev, music or talent management industry
