Overview This position will be part of the Pepsico North American Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by supporting the PBNA Sector Ops & Go To Market (GTM) team. GTM Assoc Analyst will ensure his/her organization provides exceptional operational services to sales employees across multiple teams and markets. The services for the supported teams include providing analytically based diagnostic reporting of actual service and delivery metrics vs. pre-determined standards, preparing executive summaries of results for internal and external audiences, and supporting leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data requests. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output. Responsibilities Support the GTM function by providing performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad-hoc reporting requests utilizing internal shipment/POS data and market data systems (e.g., IRI). Develop on-demand reports and scorecards to enhance agility, accessibility, and data visualization for improved decision-making. Aggregate, format, and analyze large, complex data sets across multiple channels, customers, and sales areas to identify key performance trends and opportunities. Assist in field sales execution and compliance reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives. Present actionable insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership on a regular cadence in a clear, concise, and strategic manner. Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication with headquarters and cross-functional partners. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate across multiple functions to support action-oriented cause-of-change analysis and business insights generation. Prioritize speed of execution and quality of service delivery over rigid SLA adherence, ensuring business needs are met effectively. Identify opportunities for process optimization, taking initiative to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation. Drive continuous improvements, process simplification, and reporting standardization through effective use of technology and automation. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sales, or Sales Management. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; a Master’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is required. Proven Data Analytics and Reporting expertise, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and software (e.g., Power BI and Altyrex ). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability and willingness to quickly learn PepsiCo software systems. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Strong customer service orientation, ensuring high-quality support and responsiveness. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and plan efficiently
