We are looking for Manager (O2C)- BI Architect
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive BI and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into scalable BI architectures and solutions.
• Architect and develop robust data models, dashboards, and reports using front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
• Design and optimize the back-end infrastructure, including data warehousing and ETL processes, leveraging platforms like SQL, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in data management, integration, and visualization are followed.
• Evaluate and recommend new BI tools and technologies that can enhance the organization’s analytical capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions, implementing best practices in data governance and quality control.
• Lead the troubleshooting and optimization of BI systems, addressing performance issues and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the organization's BI architecture.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and business needs.
You’d describe yourself as:
• Approximately 10 years of experience in business intelligence, with a focus on BI architecture and analytical solutioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in front-end BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, with a proven ability to design intuitive and effective data visualizations.
• In-depth knowledge of back-end analytical platforms, including SQL, Azure, and Snowflake, with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Proven experience as an architect for complex analytical solutions, with a strong understanding of how to integrate front-end and back-end technologies effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Experience with data governance, data security, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within BI solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills.
