Overview
The People Operations & Insights team is looking for a Manager, Benefits Delivery. The Manager, Benefits Delivery role will handle all operational benefits & wellbeing for Asia Pacific (AP). You will also manage two team members – one who handles the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA) region and another who handles European Fleet. This individual will report to Director, International Benefits Delivery and partner with relevant stakeholders, including Benefits Design, GBSC (Global Business Services Center), Payroll, P&C (People & Capability) Technology, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), Sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered accurately and on time. Role
• Manage successful day-to-day operations of all benefits programs including group health, dental, vision, accidental death & dismemberment, life insurance, business travel accident, retirement plans, etc., including open enrollment, standard plan renewals, administration, etc.
• Work with brokers and sourcing to negotiate the annual benefits renewal process.
• Manage benefits vendors, including performance monitoring, onboarding, and third-party risk management.
• Onboard all vendors in Asia Pacific annually, including submitting Coupa system requests, and handle questions/documentation requests to
• For new vendors, assess and negotiate on contract clauses with the assistance of Legal and Sourcing.
• Ensure local programs are implemented and partner with TR Partners and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery.
• Provide analytical support on Mastercard's Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests.
• Support rollout and cyclical benefits communications, including drafting and editing previously drafted communications.
• Handle the annual benefits survey inputs.
• Respond to employee inquiries that are escalated from Mastercard’s GBSC in an effective, clear, and kind manner.
• Coordinate claims between vendors and employees and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintain process documentation for all benefits delivery processes within AP, EEMEA, and European Fleet
• Maintain data and tables within Mastercard's HR databases.
• All items handled and managed within deadlines and with accuracy in order to provide quality service to Mastercard employees.

• Subject matter expertise with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts
• Experience managing and leading junior team members
• Experience with benefits programs and policies in multinational organizations
• Can accurately identify and analyze obstacles or issues, take action and resolve problems or situations in a manner that addresses the customer’s needs while acting within the operating guidelines of the company
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including identifying resources needed to complete project within aggressive timelines
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality as required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization (i.e. team members and senior leaders).
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer-focused skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills, including fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, including ability to use Powerpoint and strong excel skills, experience with HRIS systems and benefits database
