Should deep dive into customer requirement and present solution to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits of our logistics service
Have complete market and competition knowledge including Strength & Weakness awareness and keep updating management on competition activities
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure customer acquisition and seamless delivery of services to clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the named accounts
Market study to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to develop tailored business development strategies
Candidate must have proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the logistics industry, with at least 8-10 years of experience with minimum 80 to 100 million PA of revenue responsibility.
Minimum 5 years of Relevant logistics expertise within Automotive sector
Should have good of geography and customers in the geography assigned .
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, persuade and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling manner
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities
