The Position
As a manager responsible for all deliveries and contributions for Corporate and NNI Facilities IT resources in DD&IT Staffs GBS Vault Quality & Facilities IT department at Novo Nordisk. It includes anchoring below additional responsibilities,


  • Oversee operations of systems and people for a portfolio of Facilities IT GxP systems.
  • Align expectations and communication with Line of Business, Business owners, system delegates and vendors to plan system strategies while providing guidance and support across projects within the Corporate Facilities & NNI facilities portfolio.
  • As a people manager, the responsibility includes talent attraction, onboarding, hiring, and fostering engagement and development while cultivating an agile DevOps culture.
  • Manage rewards and performance programs, budgeting, and facilitate cross-organizational knowledge sharing.
  • Support digital transformation and transition initiatives, alongside handling various administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:


  • Master’s or Graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • 12+ years of experience from IT Infrastructure background with relevant 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry leadership role.
  • Experienced in leading large-scale infrastructure projects, migrations and transitions while also adept in managing multiple high-profile clients within the service industry.
  • Proven experience managing diverse digital and IT functions, including systems, support, operations, and innovation, with a strong ability to identify, define, and develop solutions for complex challenges in systems and processes.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify, define and develop solutions to complex issues in existing systems or processes.
  • Strong communication with interpersonal skill sets to handle pressure situations.

About the Department
You will join our Digital Data (DD)&IT Staffs GBS team, based in GBS Bangalore. Our team collaborates with the Design & Deliver team on projects across the Staffs area, managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation, and testing of the entire Quality and Facility management system of Novo Nordisk. Our key objective is to ensure robust IT support to systems, ensuring product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk.
