1Knowledge of Wave solder machine, reflow Selective Solder machine. Process, operation and Maintenance
2Knowledge on Conformal coating machine. Process, operation and Maintenance.
3Knowledge of board handling machines like conveyors, flipper elevators curing etc. Process, operation and Maintenance
4Knowledge of SMT line. Operation and maintenance.
5Create and apply new approaches as necessary to improve the productivity and efficiency of machines.
6Work with minimal supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment.
7Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
8Work closely with suppliers and other CFTs to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements and to implement it.
9Efficiently meet the time line of assigned project with quality output.
10Collaborating with globally located teams
11Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness
12Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report break downs & its analysis
13Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
14Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
15Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
16Will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures that ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
17Plan and execute Preventive maintenance plan.
