Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless coordination of our fleet's maintenance, availability, and reliability, contributing to our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as the Planning Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Product Introduction team, and coordinate with external partners like MPMRCL and operators, ensuring effective train handovers and fleet operations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the 24hr fleet management, including planning and coordination, but also manage proper reporting and communication with our customers.
We’ll look to you for:
Overall coordination related to train maintenance, arrivals, and departures
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring fleet availability aligns with operation plans and maintenance schedules
Providing up-to-date fleet status data to customers
Efficient management of real-time support and defect resolution
Timely submission of reports and notices to customers
Active participation in planning and implementing project fleet strategy

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Experience or understanding of metro train maintenance environments
Knowledge of quality and safety systems in rail vehicle maintenance
Familiarity with IT systems such as SAP, MS Project, and Maximo
Excellent communication, report writing, and organizational skills
Flexibility in working hours to support our 24/7 operations
Language proficiency in Hindi and English
