Overview Job Overview: This role owner is responsible to lead the maintenance team to conduct the proper repairing and preventive maintenance for whole plant facilities and equipments. Also he/she is responsible for facilities upgrading and project execution. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Manage maintenance team, include objective setting, evaluation, performance feedback and technical knowledge/skill developing. Tracking maintenance cost, control R&M spending in M&E function. Support E&M manager prepare annual maintenance and utility budge. Properly define and execute the preventative maintenance plan to drive line efficiency improvement. Lead M&E team to provide timely repairing service to Production team and other internal customers. Continuously upgrading the equipment and facilities to improve equipment performance. Follow on the applicable EHS&Q procedures implementation in M&E functions. Maintenance proper records according to relevant requirements. Provide skill training and cross-training to workforce or other colleagues Lead the cross-function team to execute approved project with good safety, quality outcome within planned timing and budget. Involved in the project configuration, design, quoting and bidding process and Capex preparation. Involved in other cross function team to support high efficient supply chain team. Designing Plant asset maintenance system and ensuring its implementation to ensure equipment availability for manufacturing Capacity expansion / Productivity improvement designing and execution as per AOP timelines & site’s Capacity assessment in line to Site Master Plan Ensuring Compliance to all Internal & External audits related to operational practices & Legal Responsible for completely understanding, rolling out and ensuring compliance with all global, PGCS, regulatory as well as plant specific policies, procedures, systems and programs, essentially covering Safety, Environment, Sustainability, Waste Management, Organizational Health and subsequently achieve full compliance with the requirements Responsible for new Engineering project planning & execution at plant. Ensuring Global Controls related to area of operations meets global & internal guidelines Ensuring all the operations, new additions complies to PGCS Food Safety & Quality standards Developing teams for building benches through trainings & upgrading technology. All capital investments & installation complies to PGCS engineering group standards Continuous improvement culture to be nurtured in function Qualifications Qualifications: BS/BE degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electricity, Automation or relevant areas. Experience in Maintenance & Projects of around 10 – 12 yr and independently handling the engineering function of a medium scale company for 3-5 years
