Your Role and Responsibilities: as an Ansible developer, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the Ansible core and Ansible collections supporting the automation and orchestration of software on the z/OS platform. You will work on the design, coding, and testing of features that enhance the functionality and performance of Ansible, addressing both current and future client needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Support and System Verification, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8+ years of:
Object-Oriented programming
Java Application Development including functional and regression testing
Python application development
Working with Linux or UNIX systems
shell scripting
Git source control management
Understanding of Agile development methodology
Experience with IBM z/OS operating system (ISPF/TSO)
