We are seeking experienced Machine Moulding Operators to join our manufacturing team. As a Machine Moulding Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production process. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the molding equipment while producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate molding machines to produce various products
Monitor the production process and perform regular inspections to ensure product quality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the machinery as they arise
Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to keep it in good working condition
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Machine Moulding Operator or similar role
Proficiency in operating and maintaining molding machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing setting
