Job Description:
Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer Intern
Assist in building and improving machine learning models for various applications.
Work with datasets, cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data to train models.
Implement SOTA deep learning algorithms to solve various Computer vision problems.
Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance and deploy the model as an endpoint or batch job.
Conduct experiments and analyze the performance of models using open source datasets and benchmark on Airbus specific data.
Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and results effectively.
Contribute to the development of machine learning pipelines with MLOps capabilities (experiment tracking, model/data versioning etc).
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
Knowledge on Computer Vision concepts
Experienced with Miniforge, VSCode, Git, etc on Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferable.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with SQL and working with databases.
Exposure to basics of devops (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and collaboration with team members.
Real-world experience working on machine learning projects.
