Your day to day
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and deploy machine learning models focused on fraud detection.
Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and trends in fraudulent activities, using these insights to refine models and improve prediction accuracy.
Continuously monitor and assess model performance, iterating to ensure robustness in an ever-evolving fraud landscape.
Participate in cross-functional discussions to translate business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions.
Conduct experiments and research to stay ahead
What do you need to bring
Proven expertise in AI/ML: Experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, particularly in fraud detection or risk management domains.
Strong programming skills: Proficiency in languages like Python or R, with hands-on experience in ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and frameworks.
Data handling proficiency: Strong understanding of data processing techniques, working with large-scale datasets, and experience with data tools such as SQL, Hadoop, or Spark.
Problem-solving mindset: Ability to analyze complex fraud patterns and develop innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
Model deployment experience: Familiarity with deploying machine learning models in production environments and managing model lifecycles.
Collaborative skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work across diverse teams, presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
