Own business outcomes : Shared ownership of the balance sheet pnl. Build growth models which relate L1, L2, L3 etc metrics.
Craft OKRs for the entire org.
Drive product & biz reviews.
Product innovation: Create innovative lending products at the cross section of user segments, lending products types, & channels.
Use AI effectively to reduce friction for users & increase approval rates for loans Product Team Leadership:
Build an A level product + analytics organization by attracting top product talent, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate & influence decisions with peers from cross-functional teams, including designers,, engineers, credit policy, sales, operations, analytics, business. Become the single point leader for all chief executives and align them to product & business objectives and priorities.Empathy and User Focus:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain points, advocating for their interests throughout the product, program & process design. Also become an internal ambassador for customer obsession User Research & Analytics Expertise:
Utilize a variety of user research practices to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and motivations, and apply those insights to inform product and biz decisions. Create a data democratization platform to uncover insights
Qualifications:
Over 12+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on large scale consumer internet startups
Over 7 years of experience in team leadership, managing and growing design teams.
Over 7 years of experience in lending & other financial service productsExtensive knowledge of user research methodologies and practices, with a demonstrated ability to leverage research insights to drive design decisions.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing design organizations.
Proficiency in product, biz modeling, design, user research, and UX copywriting for a diverse range of products.
