Responsibilities
Corporate Finance Strategic Initiaves: Lead and drive strategic initiatives from the Group CFO’s office; own the Board presentations, Investor presentations and Audit committee presentations, ensuring alignment with Corporate objectives
Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including detailed review of financial results, budgets and cost variances. Regularly benchmark performance against competitors and deliver actionable insights to drive business improvements
Business Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses of business operations, financial results, competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making. Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver strategic insights to senior management.
Project Management: : Lead and manage strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensuring they meet scheduled deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and Audit: Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements, facilitating smooth internal and external audits.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, across all subsidiary organization teams, including project managers, finance, business, operations and other stakeholders, to support decision-making, resolve issues, and optimize overall project performance.
Requirements
Education: MBA with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Consultation, Investment banking, Fintech, Finance related roles
Technical Skills: Proficiency in power point skills for crafting compelling presentation for steering committee, board meetings and investors meeting. Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting in excel
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills and attention to dissect complex financial data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements through presentations
Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels, present findings, and facilitate productive collaboration.
Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of cost consciousness and innovative problem-solving.
