Job Requirement: Role Purpose:
A core element of Vodafone’s HR strategy is to deliver world class processes through its global HR systems supporting Vodafone’s transformation from a Telecommunications company to a tech communication one.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR IT SuccessFactors Product Manager with a specialized focus on M&A projects and is accountable for the end-to-end demand, design, build, deploy and run of our major IT HR M&A Projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing our human resources technology, specifically the SuccessFactors suite, to support the company's growth through mergers and acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR technology, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Requirement:
•Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Module (including Role Based Permission), minimum 6 years experience.
•Strong knowledge of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire)
•Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
•Experience in Cloud projects / programmes in international & multicultural environment
•Understanding of integration architecture and patterns including BTP technologies
•Experience in managing a sophisticated customer environment, where Tools and Automation are key to enable the continuous transformation/evolution of the organization and the constant tension to efficiency
•Capability in managing and inspiring change in a large, complex organization
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Can do attitude The candidate will:
•have deep technical, hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors suite
•have strong understanding of HR processes
•have good understanding of cloud solutions and new technologies (like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.)
•have a blend of functional expertise and strong stakeholder management
•deliver projects and initiatives in an agile/SAFe manner – driving a product backlog with business alignment, so that we ensure delivery across matrix teams and challenge vendors to address our priorities
•serve as the key technology's point of contact to ensure effective support, advice and expertise on the design and best practice to exploit value from the product(s) the individual leads
•produce and review end to end architecture for Mergers, acquisition, divestiture and Joint ventures
•lead a team of internal and external suppliers to deliver complex M&A HR systems projects for the entire portfolio of Vodafone HR systems
•influence and ensure future product strategy and SaaS vendors to meet the requirements of Vodafone technical and customer strategy
•ensure compliancy with security, architecture, privacy/GDPR, SOX and audit controls
